Official Russian register-released regulations for the class and other activities. The twentieth edition dated 2017 and including all amendments/additions. the book starts with the general information including application of the requirements and description of the classification and all other activities performed by the Russian Register.
Then, the content of the book includes the rules and documentation, responsibilities of the class society, confidentiality matters. The second half of the volume is devoted to the surveys, including surveys conducted in the course of the manufacture of the products and materials, surveys of vessels during construction, under conversion and re-construction, surveys on ships that are in operation, and surveys done in accordance with the requirements of the relevant international agreements and conventions.
