The author of this publication, Thomas F. Tartaron, has made his best to present an original and new reassessment of the maritime world of the past, namely of the Late Bronze Age, of Mycenaean Greeks time. It addresses the problem of Mynacenaean Coastal Worlds, tells the reader about boats and ships of the Aegean Bronze Age, Mycenaeans and the Sea, explains discovery, characteristics and reconstruction of harbours and coasts of the bronze Age Aegean as well as various concepts for Coastal Worlds of those times. In addition, some case studies of Small Worlds and coastscapes of the Aeaean Bronze Age are provided in the book.
